Training Lead: Virtual Position with approximately 40% travel.

Description:

You will enjoy the creativity and autonomy of this role! Provides training support to new and existingteam members on processes, policies, and behaviors that support the program objectives. Assists in thedevelopment of training programs and providing training for programs for medical management processesin the applications used to support those processes
Conducts new hire training and orientation. Assist with organizing post training opportunities. Assist withevaluating trainee’s retention. Provide minor trouble-shooting support related to training. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in health care related teaching or training. Assess trainee’s retention of materialsby post evaluation. Provide individualized training when additional needs arise (eg: assist with computerproficiency, provide additional clarification regarding role specific duties, etc.)

Experience RequiredAt least 2 years of effective interpersonal, problem solving, communication and organizational skills areneeded.Bachelors Degree in human resources, healthcare or training and development, from accreditededucational institutionAt least 2 years of excellent decision-making and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complexproblems, identify creative solutions, anticipate problems, and develop contingency plan.Technical proficiency using the following software programs: MS office Suite including Word, Excel, VISIO,and Power Point.Must understand both operational and system related concepts in order to facilitate training for medicalmanagement operations.Effective interpersonal, problem solving, communication and organizational skills are needed.Experience in creating A/V materials in video, audio, or electronic file formats
